The most popular payment plans apart from the traditional Down Payment Plan includes Construction Linked Installment Payment Plan and Flexi Payment Plan. Please Note –

  • Bank Draft/Cheque to be issued in favour of Saachi Developers payable at Mohali/Chandigarh.
  • PLC will be charged extra on all corner and park facing locations @ 10% and 7% respectively on basic selling price (BSP ).
  • PLC will be charged extra on all corner +park facing/ back park facing locations @ 15% of basic selling price (BSP ).
  • PLC will be charged on all east facing locations @ 7% of basic selling price (BSP ).

  • Prices are escalation free and subject to change without any prior notice. Booking at the sole discretion of the company, prices ruling on the date of booking shall be applicable .
  • Registration charges, stamp duty & other applicable statutory levies /taxes/charges etc shall be payable on actual by the intending all lote at the time of offer of possession or before as per developer call.
  • Loan subject to approval from Bank.
  • 21 % interest will be charged on delayed payments. Please refer standard home buyers agreement.
  • Service tax extra as per Government Norms.
